All DermaWand® devices are covered by our one year manufacturer’s warranty. This is a professional, at-home anti-aging device with the most advanced technology in the market that is subjected to strict quality control by the manufacturer. This warranty is valid for one year from the date of your original purchase. In some cases extended warranty plans are available. This policy warrants support for the DermaWand® and DermaWandPro® , should it happen that defects attributable to the manufacturer be found.
In such a case, you are entitled to make full use of the benefits of this warranty. This implies the revision and replacement of parts free of charge within the one year warranty period. The manufacturer will fix your device unless they see that it needs to be replaced, in which case they will send a new product, free of charge. When using your warranty, call customer support (800) 390-9584 for instructions on how send your device along with the original receipt or invoice to the given address. Full warranty details will be included with your order.
We are so confident that you’ll love your DermaWand® device that if after using it for at least and no more than 30 days and you are not satisfied then we will:
- Refund the full Product Price!
- Pay the Return Postage!
To qualify for the guarantee you must have purchased directly from this website. Full guarantee details as well as the process for issuing an RMA and receiving your prepaid return shipping label will be included with your order. If you choose to return before you’ve used the unit for at least 30 days then we will still gladly refund your product price but the cost of postage to return is your responsibility.
We deliver to England, Wales, Scotland and the Isle of Man. The shipment of orders to Northern Ireland is suspended until further notice due to customs clearance issues caused by Brexit. Currently we do not deliver to the Channel Islands, Gibraltar and British Overseas Territories.
